Prior to meeting with clients for the first time, in most instances, Attorney Grodberg provides you with a questionnaire. There are different questionnaires depending on your marital status and primary legal need. The questionnaires are also provided to you below.

Directions to our Clark, NJ office
Our office is located on the ground floor of a converted house at the corner of Broadway and Valley Road in Clark, NJ.
From Garden State Parkway South:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 135. Make a right at the first light, but do not take the far right lane. At your second exit, make another right. Follow the sign for "Linden." Make the next right onto Broadway, and an immediate left into our parking lot.
From Garden State Parkway North:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 135. Go straight to the second traffic light and make a left. Go through the next light and take the second exit to the right where the sign indicates "Linden." Make the next right onto Broadway, and an immediate left into our parking lot.
Directions to our Bayonne, NJ office
From New Jersey Turnpike North or South:
Take Exit 14A. Take Avenue E (stay to the left after the toll plaza) to 22nd Street. Make a right-hand turn onto 22nd Street and drive 2 blocks to Avenue C. The office is on your left-hand side on Avenue C and 11th Street.
